2026/27 Season
Six rounds. Four televised. One title.
Four of the six rounds run alongside the NextGen Championship - New Zealand's premier televised motorsport platform. Live TV coverage, national reach and grandstand-level exposure for every driver and sponsor on the grid.

Arrive & Drive
The easiest way onto the grid.
Don't own a race car? Arrive & Drive is one way in - a provider preps and runs a car for you, so you turn up and race. It isn't the only route (you can race your own Porsche or buy one), but it's the lowest-friction start. A few providers run cars on the grid - take your pick.
Handled for you
Car prep, logistics to and from the track, and race-weekend support. Insurance available.
What you fund
A one-time fee plus consumables - tyres, brakes and fuel. No trailer and no team to run.
The cars
2.5 Boxster, Cayman, or Cup car - per event or per season.

There's a class for where you're at.
The Porsche Race Series runs multiple classes across one grid - from first-season Boxsters to full GT3 Cup cars. And with our open classes, the series is open to virtually any Porsche race car. Whatever you drive, there's a place for you.
Boxster Class

The entry point - close, competitive, affordable racing. (2.5 & 2.7 combined for 2026/27.)

Open A & Open BAny Porsche, built to race
The series is open to virtually any Porsche race car. If it doesn't fit a standard class - modified cars, aircooled 911s, 964/993 Cup & replicas, forced-induction builds and more - the open classes are your grid. If it's a Porsche and it's built to race, there's a place for it here.
Open classes run for the racing - not for championship points.
On average 26 cars line up each round - up to 32 - so there's always a pack to race with, whatever your class.

Every driver on this grid started with a first lap - and the series is built to take you from there.

No - race your own Porsche, buy one, or lease/arrive-and-drive through a provider (MyRaceRide and LM Racing both run cars on the grid). Ask us and we'll point you the right way.
You'll need a C-Grade MotorSport NZ licence; many first-timers complete it in a weekend. We'll guide you.
